To join the Friends of the Santa Cruz Public Libraries, all you need to do is

Print a copy of this page containing the membership form. You can either print this page directly from your browser (by choosing Print from the File menu, in most browsers) or save the page as a text file (by choosing Save or Save As from your browser's File menu) and then print it later.
Fill out the printed form with your name, address, phone number, and type of membership.
Write a check, payable to FSCPL, for your membership fee.
Mail your check along with your filled-out membership form to the Friends at:
