It's time again for our huge semiannual sale, where we pull together all the best books we've collected in the last six months and fill the Civic Auditorium with rows and rows of book bargains, ready to sell at $1.50 per pound. On the stage of the Civic, we also have our Specials section, with individually-priced coffee table books, gift books, audio books, videos, and more.
The sale opens on Friday, May 16, from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm for Friends members only (though if you're not a member, you can join at the door). Then on Saturday, May 17, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, the sale is open to the public for free. Shop early for the best selection -- we sell a LOT of books.
